And dude, these lyrics aren't about what the writer thinks, the whole American Idiot album tells a story, first album to do so.

It tells the story of a teenage boy (Who is often referred to as Jesus, and is from the suburbs, hence Jesus Of Suburbia) who runs away from his home. While away from his home he falls in love with a prostitute, somewhere along the way he develops a split personality, the other personality referred to as "St Jimmy". The St Jimmy part of him eventually dies and he decides to go back home, the hurricane of fucking lies was the life he had away from his home.

When he leaves, he leaves The Prostitute there. And he still loves her, and the last song "Whatsername" is about the prostitute, who's name he can't remember.

Now if that isn't an epic album, I don't know what is.
