I work with almost no supervision at all. I can sit and play video games at work all day if I want and likely never get caught. I pretty much come and go as I please. The down side to that is of course that I have to keep myself motivated to actually work. More than one afternoon of mine has been spent goofing off and doing nothing productive. Lucky for me I work very fast and can make up the time down the road.
