What happened to the 24 hour drinking? Has it come into place in the UK yet?

24 hour brawling !!!

Yeah we've got it in place but it dosen't mean what it implys. Pubs have to apply for a licence for it and only one pub in my town has done so but got rejected because the guy who runs it is a well known hoodlum. My local that I go to in the next town has it but opening 24/7 for most establishments is impractical. What my landlord does is simply stay open beyond 11pm untill everyone has had enough and goes home. Apart from that, the only real difference I've noticed is that I can go up the supermarket at any time of the night or day and buy booze.

Exactly, there is beauty in everyone and in every race inwardly and outwardly. It bothers me when people generalise a whole race like that and say that they don't like it so and so. I watched American's Top Idol today and an idotic Spanish model told a black contestant that he doesn't like black chicks right before the day they are doing a film and they needed to make out with each other. The black chick got sent home cuz she just couldn't do it. I feel for her, she's really pretty.

Hi, I'm new here. My husband is from another country from mine and most of his family of another religion. We get along great, three years and not even one fight! We find that our cultures, being so opposite, make us rethink who we are. This leads to self-realization. I am a stronger person,who knows what she thinks, and how she feels for having met him. I would say if you have a chance to get to know and possibly love someone from another ethnic group than your own, go for it, you have nothing to loose, unless it's ignorant friends or family, in that case it's thier problem.
