dude... does it matter if your hat retains its value when its all nappy dirty and sweaty after you wear it? do you plan on selling it on ebay? and if so... the shipping would be worth more than the hat.
every "fitted" hat i have purchase has been under 20 bucks.
flex fit hats in my "hood" are available at target and walmart. not so baller in my opinion.
oh and ya might wanna try using bed sheets.

My hats was dirty at the time, but i just rinse the underside and the sweat band with detergent once a month. Fitted's by new era are always 30$ and up look at Hats and caps at lids.com or champs With flex fit, the brims are all bent up and the designs are usually ugly. The only time i wear a flex fit hat is when i leave at night to tag up the house, or do other bad work where if i drop or ditch the hat it doesnt matter.
