I have a few friends on SG. I'd say it's not worth it. Whether tastefully taken or not, they are nekkid pics. And if they are made public forever,t hey WILL come back to haunt you. I hope you don't want to be a school teacher, or work for the government, or anything like that. And just know people will judge you for it. They will assume you are a certain type of person, and make generalizations about "your kind". Not everyone is like this, but you have to assume the worst in this case. It's just a skeleton I wouldn't want to have in my closet personally. Playboy is one thing...Playboy gives you enough money to offset the cost of the alienation you might get from society.

I'd say go for it if you want to. I have a few friends who have submitted pics, and a photographer friend who has taken pics for some of her friends.

As Breakfast said though, it might come back to haunt you, so you need to be comfortable with that. I have a few "questionable" pics of myself out on the 'net, but I have no intention of ever being famous or in a high profile job, so it's not a problem for me.

I've seen the site, but I'm not a member or anything. Contrary to what Specialized said, not all guys are fans of bleached blond hair, airbrushed tans, fake boobs, and 28 year old women who pose nude and try to pass themselves off as 18 year olds.

you only live once so live with no regrets....if its something that you will look back on and say god I wish I would of done it then do it if its something that you will look back on and be like god what the hell was I thinking...do it anyways might be fun.....I'm just typing out my ass at the moment...hold on a sec....ok back to the point....think about tomorrow...not too much but think about the pros and cons...like I said in the end it you who has to live with your decisions and what we say or think really doesn't matter...

Well, the thing is, I don't know if your friends have been going around bragging about their SG membership, but the rule is that you can be as anonymous as you want, except for the pics themselves of course. In fact, you're not allowed to register with your real name, and the truth is, no one has to know about it except for you. And if someone does say to you "Ah-ha, you're posting naked photos on SuicideGirls!! :bates:", you can say "Ah-ha, you're paying $4 a month to look at naked pics on the internet!" But seriously though, I am intending to keep it as secret as I can, but just in case it ever comes up, I will do the photos as tastefully as the rules allow me to do them.

Well, I'm not intending to become a politician or a president anything, and I think it's only then it becomes a huge problem if you have questionable stuff on the internet.

I went & had a look at the free pics & while some of them were a little tasteless, I thought that most of them were pretty good. There are obviously ways that you can show off what you want without making the picture look nasty - if it's what you want, I say go for it.

Exactly! Thank you for your opinion. The rules are, you must show breasts and bum, but spreading of legs or even showing anything else is in no way necessary. I think I would regret it very much if I put nasty photos out there, but as long as my pics are tasteful I think I can stand for it.
