ive used the icy hot back patch.. it doesnt stink, it feels good, but i fell aslep with it on ( i think youre supposed to) and it wound up in a pile of the floor...

definitely not as cool as regular icy hot

are there any other brands that make patches similar to that that work better? What else do you do for your soreness? I like hot baths with salts in them..but i need more ideas!

i stretch like 5 times a day... even though it hurts when you're, i do it.. .in the end it helps.. i always stretch when i wake up and before i go to sleep...its something i've always done since my gymnastics days...

thermacare makes a pretty good one...

you wear it like a belt... so make sure you get the right size... apparently i am not a size small.. who knew?

We have to go to a room filled with weights and equipment during PE in school, doing chin ups is easier for me than weight lifting cuz Im so lightweight, most of the weights weigh just as much as me anyways. :D

well.. i have my own membership at a a gym.... so ill do the same for you-- i can get a weekly pass with your name on it--- just buy the plane ticket!:D

I can't wait until summer so I can go bike around Phalen lake. The lake is about 3 miles around. I usually bike it 3-4 times.

ok! I'm coming tomorrow, can I crash at your place? We should go into super hardcore training mode. I'm talking like 3 hours a day! woooo! We can start early in the morning with some stretching/yoga, then do 30 mins of cardio..then after lunch weights and 30 more mins of cardio...then at night maybe some pilates and 30 mins of kickboxing...woooo! come get me at the airport heather! :p

heather you should have seen me today...i went in the afternoon...already had makeup on from earlier in the day..i had sweat smearing my mascara and eyeliner everywhere. Next time I willt ake that shit off. lol. I looked a MESS!
