I actually hated it in the magazine...I thought the bottom looked silly like curtains..but I tried it on anyway to appease a pushy saleswoman, and I tried to keep an open mind about it. Good thing I did...I knew as soon as I looked in the mirror that this was the dress. I am getting a fuller petticoat to go underneath so that I won't have to pay for alterations. It has the corset back so that I won't have to get it altered when I lose weight, because it is pretty tight right now. Tell me what you think!

Same here! I would love to get re-married! I miss it! I was 3 months prego in my wedding dress and the damn thing felt tight!

How heavy is the bustle?

When one of my close friends got married, she spent most of the night complaining that her back hurt because of the weight of the bustle - she had a chapel length train.

It's beautiful! Which length of veil are you going for? The one you have in the first shot, or the longer one that covers your train?

yes my wedding is in June. And I am definitely getting the longer veil, though the one in the picture is white and doesn't match the dress, so they are ordering it. I think I also want a short one to wear over my face, but I'm not sure about that yet. I like all the ultra traditional stuff. The dress is actually very light weight. The material is taffeta, and it is much lighter than satin and the thicker linnen type fabrics that are used sometimes. I'm so glad everyone likes it! I hope no one is lying to me and just saying that lol. So far I have gotten wow reactions from everyone. Now I am super motivated to lose more weight so I can close that back up a little and get rid of any back cleavage lol.
