Do you bother to make any? Do you keep to them?

This year, my resolutions are simply;

Be more determined to do stuff, instead of just talking about it, actually do it!

Also;

Stick to my guns more, be more decisive and live my life for me not for others.

Well for a few reasons this year was quite shit for me so I'm just hoping to have a better 2007. I haven't really got any resolutions other than to try and recruit more people to my West Ham forum.

I don't usually make a resolution, persay. I might get motivated to do certain things tho more than at other times of the year.

I guess this year I will focus on my new job, and getting married and starting my own house hold with nicole. I plan to get boat and spend most of the summer weekends on the lake with family and friends. I can't wait for summer.

2006 was a huge up and down year for me.

I would say my resolution would be trying at least one new thing every month, not fighting with my GF as much, and trying to have more fun.

my new years resolution is the same as many.. lose more weight. I want to get to my goal weight and I am gonna try really hard. Last year, circumstances stopped me, but alot of people at work are gonna ban together and work out ect. So it should be easier.

Im also gonna try to not be down on myself much. I hate my self esteem and what it does to my mood and relationship. I want joe to be attractive to me and I dont think he will until I feel comfortable with myself. Im always thinking about my weight and I am sick of it. This year, I WILL LOSE THE WEIGHT!

I used to be 210 a year ago. I decided I wanted to lose weight, so I ate a lot less and ran/ biked everyday. I'm currently 157, and I have a lot more energy then I did when I was bigger.

Conclusion to losing weight: Cardo + eating less = Results.

Try to run or bike at least 30-40 min aday, and don't eat over 1200 calories a day. You'll lose a lot of weight. Trust me.

This year I plan to lose 40 more pounds, hopefully by June...but I will have to work really hard at that, I've been slacking for the past month. BUT to help me achieve that goal my fiance is paying for my pilates classes I am going to start taking soon. Also part of this resolution is to go to the gym at least 4 days a week, and get in 30 mins of cardio a day at least.

Resolution #2: To continue to be responsible in other aspects of my health. Cutting wayyy back on the alcohol (from drinking 3-4 beers once or twice a week to doing that maybe once or twice a month), and quitting cigarettes for good (I already started, 1 week down so far so the hardest part is over)

Resolution #3: Making straight A's this semester/in the fall also

Resolution #4: To stop being so lazy about certain things, and to get more on the ball about my wedding plans.

Last years resolution was for me to lose 30 pounds, and to start eating healthier, and to get back in school. I think that was the only time I kept up with all my resolutions. I learned a lot from keeping promises I've made to myself, and it has really caused me to grow a lot and believe in myself more.

My Resolution is to gain some of the weight these two are trying to lose!

I really have no resolutions. I'm getting closer to being in less debt as we speak, so that's helping. The only real thing I want is to build up a nice amount of savings.

I never make New years resolutions.. never really saw the point much..

But here is my Theory.. Since Most people are famous for breaking their resolutions, maybe ya'll should just change the way you make them..

instead of resolving to lose weight and be more active, Resolve to Gain weight and be more lazy.. Two advantages, If you break your resolution, its to your advantage, Otherwise at least this will be one year you can say you kept your resolution:D
