Umm.. Well you wont be getting my votes, bcse most the members here are all great, and good people, and I myself, will not say one is better then another, because thats insulting to the others.

Why do we need a best, All the forum members are great, and thats part of what makes this Forum one of the best to hang out in.. There is no judging of who is better then the other for anything.

I'm doing this for fun! It's a competition, but it's not really. I just wanted a way to congradulate members who excel in certain areas. Who catches others attention in what areas. It's not made to outcast members or build a "click" between winners. It's all in good fun.

WHY?? why should he be kidding, Not everybody likes popularity contests? which is pretty much what it would turn into.

Who cares who has the best, everyone on here has something wonderful about them, be it what they post, how they post, how often they post, etc etc. Some have avatars I love, and some I dont care for, But its not my place to say who's is better then the others, its all taste and opinion.

Most the users on here, Just like to hang out, have fun, talk to each other, learn something tell something. It shouldn't be about having to be better then the other.

some will vote, and some won't... This is a very diverse group here in OTZ... not everyone agrees or likes the same things, Some of us don't like Popularity contests, or want to feel like we are in competition with each other..

And some will send you their votes.

I can see your standpoint on it being a popularity contest. I don't agree with it totally though. I think everyone is taking this all way to seriously. This was meant to simply have fun. I had planned on making banners for the winners and just sort of all having a good time with it. I thought it was a good idea, but that isn't to say that your's isn't right either.

I agree w/ specialized. If you dont want to vote, you dont have to. I think this is a good idea. If you dont feel comfortable sending him your vote, you can send them to me.

Dont look at it as a popularity contest.

for crying out loud, is this middle school? Is everyone worried that their feelings will get hurt if they don't get voted for? I don't get it. Specialized was merely trying to make a fun thread, which he has pointed out numerous times, and every seems to be all worked up that they will hurt someones feelings or get theirs hurt. Most of us here are adults, I thought for sure we were all past the point in our life where it bothered us if someone didn't think we were the best. Relax people.
