Apparently I'm on a distinguished road?

What is this, it's been bugging me. Go to any post by anybody, and look under there name. It shows a small green square box, and then just hover your mouse over it, you'll see what I'm talking about. What is it?!

From what I can gather, it's a reputation indicater. When you get over 100 reputation points you get 2 little green boxes and it says something else. Only 2 people on here have got over 100 rep points so far so we need to spread the love around more, people!
