I've been going to the gym for the last month and a 1/2 and last night I hit a new milestone...I put up 275 on the flat bench. to my suprise it went up very easy so next week I'm going to attempt 315

yeah my chest and arms are getting bigger which is making me happier...I just need to do cardio to cut some fat off my waist....on my first cruise back in 99/00 I maxed out at 350....thats where I would like to get back to before I start doing lower weight at higher reps

I just started working about again a couple weeks ago after about 10 months off. I haven't had the time until now.

275 - 315 is a huge jump, why so big of an attempt? When I stopped working out my bench ended at 275. But I was never really in it just to "Max" out, I dont see the point. I lift in repetitions to get better shape. But anyway, good luck on your venture. I dont imagine I will see 350 any time soon.

as easy 275 went up I don't think its going to be a big jump for me...I do do a normal routine...the maxing out is just for self pride in knowing I could do it + once I get to desired size then I'm going to go lighter with more reps to tone up

lol...if you go to the video section and watch my 2nd vlog, i have a clip in there of me flexing. my arms look big but they arent that strong.
