It looked better than this to the naked eye, I'll have to get a better camera soon!!!

Oh my word, absolutely beautiful Juggles. If only you had been able to have had that a few nights ago eh? What a bloody shame, but glad you posted them anyway, cos they are gorgeous. :) ;)

This picture was taken at the Aquarium of the Americas in New Orleans just a few days before Katrina came through and killed most of the animals inside.

And it can't be complete w/o this picture. Ground Zero. To stand there in front of somewhere where so many people lost their lives...it gave me chills.

This is a statue of Jesus Christ that's found in the main Rotunda of Johns Hopkins hospital. I took these pictures a few days after my mom had her liver transplant. Family members and patients frequently come to the statue to pray. There are prayer books for families to right in. Also a tradtion in the hospital is for patients to rub the statues right foot for a healthy and successful recovery. You can tell hundreds of thousands of people have rubbed the foot cause the marble is very worn out.

I should've taken the time and date stamp off.

Wow, thank you for sharing this with us. I never knew about it until now. I wish that all hospitals had a statue of Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him)...I believe in religous/spiritual healing; God will help us once we ask for his help. I hope your mum gets a quick and healthy recovery. :)

Oh my, this is amazing and lucky you for getting to be able to have this one - so many different things, all from the one sunset - beautiful! :)
