Nice Christmasy shots for this time of year too. I know what you mean about how tame they are, I had this one fly down on a branch right next to me once, I slowly put my hand out and it didn't fly off, it stopped short of actually letting me touch it but even so, not many wild birds in this country that will let you do that!

ok peter.....try this......go to your local pet shop and buy a tub of whole dried meal worms......put a few in a plastic bag and keep in your pocket......and next time your in your local park and you come across a brave robin put a few in the palm of your hand......then hold your arm out in the direction of the robin......theres a big chance that he'll land on your hand and tuck in.......i've done it......its a real buzz
