Markets depend on labor, often creating unequal value and income disparities. Is ethical capitalism achievable through regulation, corporate responsibility, or worker protections, or is structural inequity inherent to the system? Can fair compensation and social safeguards coexist with profit-driven markets, or will exploitation always be a byproduct of capitalist economies?

In theory, capitalism cam function without exploitation. In fact a lot of labor laws, which are not international practices, were created in capitalist society. For instance the low of fixed working hours, not allowing kids to work, were drafted in capitalist society.

Some argue that profit depends on squeezing labor or resources, so exploitation is built into the system. Others say strong regulations, fair wages, and ethical business models can keep markets dynamic without harming people. The debate usually comes down to whether competition can stay fair without constant pressure to cut costs at someone’s expense.

Strong regulations apply on the simplest citizen and doesn't apply on business man or business women doing the capitalism or similar staff.
