Some teachings urge total calm, while others accept anger as natural. Is it realistic or even healthy to eliminate anger entirely? How do you transform anger into something constructive?

Anger is more a human reality than a spiritual weakness. It’s a natural emotion that signals unmet needs or injustice. How we respond matters, mindful awareness and constructive action can prevent it from becoming destructive, making it a part of growth rather than a sign of spiritual failure.

Anger is a human emotion, it has nothing to do with spirituality. Interestingly, if you walk towards spirituality, you will find that you are able to manage your anger easily.

I believe that it is human reality. It is a human emotion, and it is healthy to feel emotions especially those that are as strong as anger. We can't be happy all the time, life doesn't work that way. There's moments where we'll feel anger and it is not weakness at all to feel emotions. We're only human after all, most people's minds are wired to feel emotions.

There is nothing spiritual about getting angry. It is a normal emotional response that comes by default when something offends a human. Some people have been able to mature though and control their anger.

I think the OP is asking whether anger is the result of spiritual weakness. Do you think those who are less spiritual tend to become more angry and those who are spiritual are less angry?
