A lot of people post on social media but they are struggling to get views and engagement. If you are good at comedy or relatable skits, you might have a great chance to go viral. One perfect example is Khaby Lame. He is an example of how a simple person (used to be a factory laborer) can become global sensation without saying a word but just with facial expression. His silent reaction videos now earn him millions on Tiktok. It is said he earns more than TikTok’s SEO.

To become viral on social media, you just have to do what others aren't doing or doing what they are doing differently. You can also choose a niche if you aren't going into comedy or general content and targeting specific audience, it isn't something easy actually as it takes time and might even come with frustration.

If you look at the creators whose content has gone viral, you will find that not all of their content have gone viral, some content still have poor views and engagement. I believe that is no 5 point rule to become viral, but we can just analyze viral content and try to understand the elements of these content

It is vital to go viral by following current trends, that is the most key way to go viral, it has to be something that society is very interested in, because logically society often searches for similar things in quantity, so if you do something related to social search in general, logically you should go viral if it is done well.

Carve out a niche for yourself and stick to it. Make sure it is not something that is already popular. I know a comedian who focuses on correcting people in her skits while also delivering funny contents. She's killing 2 birds with a stone: making people learn English pronunciation while also making them laugh.
Now she boasts of millions of followers across YouTube and other social media platforms.

Well, controversial content will certainly make you viral on social media but that is negative publicity.

I’ve never gone viral myself, but from what I’ve seen, content that connects emotionally, taps into trends, or is highly shareable tends to get the most attention. Consistency, timing, and knowing your audience also play a big role.

I’ve never gone viral, but I think it happens when content connects emotionally or entertains on a massive scale. Sometimes it’s luck, sometimes it’s timing, but authenticity and originality seem to be what people share the most.
