Online shopping has become very commonplace in my country, people like to buy goods through marketplaces and have them shipped using expedited shipping. Due to busyness and laziness to leave the house, it really supports the development of online shopping culture. Including me, I also love online shopping. Except for items that I need quickly, I will buy them at a store or market. How about you?

I do most of my shopping online and when I do that I use shopping apps to get cash back. Then when it is time to pay, I go to a site to buy a giftcard and get cash back there as well. It is like double dipping and free shipping. it is a win win

Wow, that's fun. I get nothing from shopping online other than free shipping and being able to save time. LOL

Well nothing is really made in the US anymore but for the most part anything I get are from US vendors or more than likely Chinese drop shippers. I have nothing against buying anything from abroad as long as the price is right
I understand. That means you shop online in the country even though the goods are imported by vendors from abroad. That saves more on shipping and arrives faster. I have also never deliberately tried shopping online from abroad.

Yeah that might be true, I've ordered from play-asia for Japan exclusive games before I think they may do exactly that or they may even be based in another country not sure

I like online shopping when I want to buy things that I would not find so easily in a store. As for groceries, I buy in-store 99% of the time. I have been using Instacart more recently and often to get items that aren't in stock at nearby stores though. I do not have the convenience of a car as I can't drive to whatever store I want.

I discovered that online buying is more convenient at the start of the pandemic. Because of a negative experience, I used to despise it. However, now that I can buy what I need without leaving the house, I enjoy it.
