Do you think you could live without technology?

I couldn't imagine life without it. It plays such a vital part in everything I do and love.

I use it for work, socialising, gaming and so much more. I just don't think I could do without it.

I probably could for a short break like a few weeks in the maldives. But if you're talking for the rest of my life then definitely not. I would only meet people in my neighbouring area rather than online where i can communicate with people all over the world. Now which forum should we use to do that ...?

Posting comments to online forums such as OffTopiz.com is a hobby that brings me a lot of enjoyment. So if I had to do without it for the rest of my life, it would be a hard pill for me to swallow.

Never. Technology is everything now. It's everywhere!
Agreed. At most I can go a weekend without it if I go camping or something. But I go through withdrawals! xD

The internet, as sad as it sounds. Is my life!

depends as what u deem as necessary technology.
-heating and cooling
-automobile
-tv/internet
-pc/laptop/tablet/phone
-modern medicine

technology is all of the above.

i could and have done about 3-4 weeks. i could give up any and all (except heating/cooling and medicine, maybe automobile)
for the rest of my life... hell no. i mean i can go as far as being disconnected from the internet and only rely on my massive hoarding (movies, games, music, books etc)

I think at this point in our lives and in society in general, I think it would be quite difficult to maintain business and personal relationships without technology and maintain life as we know it in this point in time...people would actually have to go about actually TALKING on a telephone or having business meetings outside in the fresh air or actually talking face to face instead of texting or Skyping or what have you...we sure can't have any of THAT, now can we? lol However, in dealing with those very far away, both professionally and personally, I think technology serves a great purpose...however, there are pros and cons to just about anything in life

Business of the world ran before without technology and it is also running with technology .
Technology has made life more miserable...more susceptible to destruction and unnatural too.
