Skills You Would Like To Have Or Learn

I've always wanted to learn how to make clothes from scratch, but I'm not too good with my hands, to be honest. I always envied the people who are able to make such clean and well-polished craft items, and mine always come out crooked and dirty. I'm still hoping to someday get better, but I'm doubtful, that's why I tend to focus more on digital creations because at least on a computer there is an "undo" option. What skills or talents do you often wish you had?

I actually would like to be more tech savvy. I'm not very good at that aspect and I would really like to know more. Not that I don't try, I do! However its so hard for me to learn about it, my mind just doesnt work that way. The Office Excel, for example is so hard. I need to learn it for my work but it's been really tricky and I always need help.

This is funny, because I can sew very well, and have made a lot of clothes in my life, but when it comes to computers and technology, I am a total newbie! What I really want to learn is how to type properly. I can do pretty good, but I have to look at the keyboard. I have recently purchased a program to learn, but haven't really put much time into it.

This is quite embarrassing, but one skill I would like to learn is to cook. Yes, I don't know how to cook, and I regret not trying to learn it in the past. I have to stop relying on my mom's cooking because I know that I will have to be independent in the future.

Machine work. I wish I'd taken training in being a machinist. I could make parts and pieces, when I repair odd machinery, rather than try to hunt down and buy hard to find bits. I could add that to my welding abilities for some neat creations.

I prefer to work on computers and tech gadgets, but in particular, I'd like to have skills relating to computer security.

I wish I had a lot of skills and knowledge when it comes to cars/ I don't currently drive but will be looking to pass my test sometime soon. I think it's really a good thing if you can drive and have good knowledge of the maintenance and inner workings of the car. It means you can fix the car yourself and save on mechanical bills and would be good for modding it up too!

I've always wanted to learn another language but have never really had the enthusiasm, interest or time to make it happen. I always keep saying I'll learn a bit but always put it off, chronic procrastination. I'd really like to learn Spanish.

I would love to learn how to can and preserve my own food. I have a garden, and I love to grow my own food. I usually eat it right away, freeze it, or give it away to friends. I would love to be able to can my own fresh food and eat it in the winter months.

I really love to cook and it is one of my passion so if ever I have the chance and the time, I will grab that opportunity to learn. I would love to have more skills in SEO so that my writing is more SEO-friendly. I do believe at the moment that how I write is somewhat SEO friendly as I have not had any issues in the past from my writing but I do feel that I could learn more to better that skill.

I also wish I was better at making themes and also creating graphics as well as I feel that would be something else I could offer and earn an income from as well as my freelance writing that I do from home.
