From what little research (2 minutes google) I've done it appears to be a mod and not part of vBulletin. A mod that is probably not installed here.

Never really got over to the Western side of the state until I live in Western PA and made some drives up to the thousand islands area going across the throughway, but isn't 30 minutes north of Buffalo in Canada?
