Ladies,

How come some of your brethren opt to not wear make up when going to work? Y'all get all made up when you go meet a dude or a prospect S.O. why not continue the make up thing? It is almost as if y'all were planning a trap all along!

"let me wear make up on the first meeting, or when i go man-hunting, but as soon as i got the mofo in my grasps, I will stop wearing make up... forever! MUAAAHAHAHAHA"

Is it a feminist thing? - "I'm a woman, i come here to work not to be pretty at work!"
Is it a lazy thing - "Naaaaah, i just don't feel like putting on a face today, besides is i don't wear make up, people will automatically avoid my ass"
Is it a pride thing - "I don't need make up - i am pretty in a natural kind of way"

*Disclaimer: There are very few women that can pull the no-make up deal and i hate to break it to y'all but about 99% of y'all just can't do it*

Men,

We bathe daily, we wear clean clothes to work, we make sure we smell nice, have on matching attire and clean our hands and face, some of you hairy motherfuckers even shave daily... is it bad to expect our female co-workers to do the same?

I'm ok with the no makeup unless they really really need it
but the rest of the stuff hair eyebrows legs and so on should be kept up
I like the salon nails but I can deal without just as long as they kept up
I as a man have to shave get hair cuts and trim nails and etc..
so it not a one sided deal
hairy legs are gross by the way

Nothing is worse than laying down next to your gal and rubbing your leg against a leg hairier than yours LOL
women like cuddling and shit but i dont want to feel like im laying down and playing footsies or rubbing on Sasquatch's leg

Thing is as a man, i am expected to come to work well dressed, and to be "well kept" per se on a daily basis
some women just act like they dont give a damn... no make up and stuff!

Like i said ladies... only a few of you can pull off the no make up look and most of then just cant do it... your man may tell you you can, but they have to live with you or want to continue getting some action, but odds are you just cant pull it off!

I don't fuss w/my nails, but I don't have hairy pits or legs and I do wear makeup and wash my hair every day, I don't think anyone would kick me out of bed ;)

I'll be honest, I don't bother w/ makeup a lot of the time when I'm working b/c it's time consuming AND my skin breaks out if I wear makeup every day. And, as you mentioned, I don't go to work to impress anybody. LOL

and that is understandable, but i mean you dont have to cake shit on your face like youre going to Barnum & Baileys Circus Extravaganza! LOL lipstick and eye liner and possibly some eye shadow or W/E you ladies use... would it really take that much time? lol

thats like someone saying - well i wipe when i go to the bathroom but that shit if for the birds! i aint got time for a full on wipe so i just run a bit of TP over it... :barf:

Oh I wear very light makeup as it is, but my skin is very sensitive and they no longer sell (except for in Australia, apparently) the ONLY makeup that doesn't break me out, unfortunately. On the flip side of that, every October we work the National Fair from a Command Post set up at the Fairgrounds. This means we have Medics, Firefighters, and Police Officers around all the time. Some of the girls sit in that Command Post w/ full on CLUB MAKEUP on...it's ridiculous. Meanwhile, last year, I'm sitting in there w/ no makeup and a bloody bruised lip from where I just had surgery earlier that day, LMFAO

I wear very little makeup to work, because I think its inappropriate to look like Im going to a night club in a school district setting. The kids sure as hell dont care and the other adults seem to all have the same frame of mind.

I never wear makeup. I find it uncomfortable and pointless. When I worked, I made sure my hair was neat and I was nicely dressed. I see no need to do more.
