McDonald's Employee Attacked Over Unwanted Cheese On Hamburger

A McDonald's patron in Springettsbury Township, Pa. was not lovin' it when an employee gave him a cheeseburger instead of a hamburger on the morning of Nov. 30, according to the Smoking Gun.

In a fit of cheese-induced rage, the customer knocked over a trashcan and threw a high chair across the restaurant...

I do not want cheese on my burgers.
I stress it.
I check the order before leaving.
A few times I catch it and send it back risking spittle.exe.
Somehow they(attendants) slip the cheese underneath the burger/fish/roast beef etc.
Its been done.
Its been caught...by me.
However the participants in this tale goes overboard.

You are eating food out of steamer trays that is shoved down an assembly line. They are mindless when working on the line and squirt the sauces etc. automatically. The guy is still a jerk and should sit in jail till he gets some anger management classes. That McDonalds is right across the street from where I grew up.

ANYWAY...I absolutely cannot stand mustard and, if I happen to get it on my burger, I will take it back. HOWEVER, there is not excuse for being rude like that (I didn't read the article, just going off of comments here). Mistakes happen...it's not a big fucking deal.

My neighbor always orders her burgers w/o cheese. One time she took it back and told them that she ordered it w/ no cheese so, being a smartass, they put a piece of cheese on top of her bun when they remade it. She was so pissed off that she threw the cheese at them. :24:

Now that I can relate to! My one high school buddy worked at McD's back in 1969. Our mutual friend hated pickles and he would load it up with about 20 slices just to mess with him.

I don't eat fries anymore, but when I used to and I'd get the super hot new fries I'd let them sit for 5 minutes or so before messing w/ them.

I usually order my stuff straight up....faster that way and much less chance of saliva being added to my order
