Anyone else get tired of every party having Dirty Santa gift exchange? Easily end up with over $100 worth of stuff you don't want at $10 per gift per person.

We don't do that here, but we are having a Secret Santa exchange @ work. One of the other groups are having a gag gift exchange...I'm with you, why does anyone need the crap? It grows old.

I only attend events where people collect gifts for charity.. I got so fed up with gag gifts and stuff that just wasn't for me..

We wrap up gifts at work and exchange them. Then we draw numbers twice and we can exchange the wrapped gifts twice. It's fun, you are exchanging by what the wrapped gift looks like, so you don't know what you are really getting. We put a $10 limit on it. They aren't dirty gifts though........

As for charity, we also collect for Toys for Tots and The Food bank
