Thought this would be a good idea for a new thread. You can check in and update what's going on in your lives. Let us know that you're still alive and kicking.... so to speak. :D

Anywho.... I'd be here a whole lot more if my computer wasn't so damned slow these days. I blame it on dial up and of course on the computer itself. I'm just going to have to deal with it until I win the lottery. Bwhahahahahahahahahaha.... ;)

So.... What's up?

Oh! By the way.... I'm getting ready for Thanksgiving. I've been cleaning the house top to bottom. I finished all the shopping for the meal. I'm hosting Thanksgiving at my home this year. I can't wait! I love the holidays. :)

Good to see you here, Red. :) Things have been same ole same ole for me...just working, trying to make a living. Still looking for work in Boston and not getting anywhere. :(

I have been able to see my niece lately, though, so that makes me happy. Took her and her boyfriend up to Atlanta for a live showing of the Rocky Horror Picture Show. Had a blast!!! And then my sister-in-law invited us to the house for a birthday party for my niece right after that. So definitely, progress is being made. We're even going to their house for Thanksgiving. My mom will still be making turkey and dressing at home, though, LOL

Hello Red, don't know you yet but have always admired your avatar.
Most of the ladies on here have very nice ones and so do the gents.
Different ones, I should say.. from the usual ones you see from people who choose them from strictly 'avatar places'... on other forums.

Have thanksgiving covered. Make a side dish and drive 7 miles to BIL's place for dinner and football. Other than that finishing up a few things to prep for winter before the snow flys.

Didn't you get high speed internet?!?! :D

I'm alive and well but am super busy. I'm keeping up with schoolwork which will probably get done over thanksgiving. Work plus school everyday doesn't leave much time left.

Boston, eh? If it's meant to be.... it will be. ;)

Today was all about baking the pumpkin pies. :) Oh! And I just had to run out to the store this morning to pick up some egg nog. While I was there I found egg nog ice cream!!!!!! Bwahahahahahahahaha.... Gotta love it! :D

I've had a lot going on lately.... and with computer issues... I just haven't had it in me to put up with it and get on line. I'm hoping that will end soon. Eventually.... Maybe.... LOL! ;)

Howdy, FoxInSox! It's always good to have new people at a forum. :)

My avatar is close to what I looked like several years ago (or so I think it does). My hair is shorter now... just below shoulder length.... not as red... and I smile a lot more than that avatar shows. :D
