Sports Superstitions and Rituals

Do you have anything that you do on game day (or for the whole season) b/c of superstitions??? For instance, I always wear a UGA shirt on game day...and if we're playing a rival team, I make sure I don't have any of the opposing teams colors on (seriously, a few years ago when we played TN I freaked out b/c I had on orange panties...I had to go change, LOL).

I just realized yesterday that I never changed my purse out. I always use one of my UGA purses for the entire season. Now that we've won our first 2 games w/o me having my purse changed out, I'm paranoid to change it and have our luck change. :24:

Leave the purses...we are doing good! and for a team that starts weak and finishes strong, means that if your purse situation doesnt mess it up, we should have a hell of a year!!

You forgot Auburn. Trust me, if I find myself wearing them on gameday, they get changed. Besides, the orange ones are too big now, anyway.

I don't have any superstitions on game day because if I had them, they'd only be correct 50% of the time-which means these superstitions don't matter.

nah, am not superstitious, its crazy really..nothing I can do will effect the way the team or a player does their thing, I throw caution to the wind and say the heck with it

EXCUSE ME Orange is Broncos Color...a perfectly Great color......I always wear a Broncos Jersey to work when we win.......Lucky we have a pretty lax dress code u may say

Years ago, the Patriots were on a losing streak. But they finally won a game that I didn't see. So my friend told me not to watch the next game because he thought that by doing so it would increase the chances that the Pats would win for a second straight week.
