When the correct order is listed on the receipt shipped with the item? I ordered a t-shirt and got some woad of sheer shit. I knew something was wrong when the package felt really light. I ordered this from a legit clothing site.
How the fuck do you fuck up an order...

I ordered size 5 wellies and got one size 3 and one size 4 :dunno. Mistakes happen, send it back and get the right order. Easy peasy.
Oh I emailed them. I'm going to get it sorted out. It's just irritating.

I admit I am. But when you pay for something and they send you the wrong item when it's clearly labeled on the receipt that they packed WITH said item, I have a right to be. Clearly whoever packed it is illiterate or blind...

Anything is possible. Hard for businesses to make money if they have to double ship orders. Not knowing the warehouse condition or the overall set-up at the business they cannot be happy either.

Mail order companies don't just sit around waiting for the world to revolve around one customer.Nor are they staffed by dear sweet little old ladies who read every piece of paper three times then write the address in longhand on the exterior of each box. It's all highly automated, and the few staff that do work there are pressured to keep volumes up in order to keep costs down. They're also accountable for any mistakes, as the scanners that they use on the bar coded labels track their every transaction. When you're dealing with multiple orders simultaneously,it's only a few seconds work to drop the wrong packing slip into the carton and seal it up with the address label that comes with the wrong packing slip.
From what I've seen, it's a hard job for poor wages, and when you get it right, nobody gives it a second thought. When you get it wrong, it's a major drama.... even if it's only a tshirt.
But at least it's a job.

Ok so maybe you werent there and they just left it....but if that t shirt was that big of a deal..then why didnt you hang around on delivery day...Oh wait because it is just a fucking T shirt.
As a side note:
Now either you require a whole lot of shirt to cover that upper body or you have some damn good weighing skills...Point being when you have a box with a t shirt in it it already weighs nothing unless you are one big dude...couple to the fact that it did at least contain some fabric...and I am skeptical of the entire story.....to many whine threads
Do you have a girl you can give this "other shirt" too :umno.. the easiest way to solve this problem is to give it as a gift to a sister or your mom :tooth
