Found A School That Has A Culinary Arts Course

45 minutes away... Might have to check it out. I already filled out a financial aid form online just in case. I just need to find a way down. It's in a bigger area than I'm in now and I'm not officially working so it's not like I don't have the time to go back to school full time and cooking has been a passion for years.

to each their own, I have this seasons master chef on Tivo, I'll get to it.....but am not liking the food networks next star....good concept, but some of those people really think they are all that when they are not

Yup yup... Opening a summer stand, operating a mobile kitchen... mobile kitchens are unheard of around here but I think it'd be a cool idea.
