Oh, I don't doubt that.
Aside from lawyers, judges, and legal assistants most people don't know how to search statutes and code sections b/c they don't realize that the revisions and annotations are elsewhere. Plus they are indexed in the craziest ways. Like, in Georgia, you have to play "what could this POSSIBLY be listed as" and find something like "body piercings" under "jewelry" or something equally stupid. :24:It always amuses me to hear people say that police officers think they can drive any way they want just b/c they're on duty. Well, yes ma'am, OCGA says that as long as they do so w/ due regard they can violate any and all traffic laws as they see fit while on duty.

Where I get my tattoos done they have a policy of no hands, faces or front of neck. That's why my heart on my wrist is there and not on my hand where I wanted it between my thumb and index finger.
I wasn't taking away from your tattoo at all, it's cute. I don't have the gonads to even get a tat and I wouldn't even have to pay for oneall my tattoos are easily hidden.. They are for myself.. noone else.
