LOL there was a period of a few months when my BF and I worked at the same company, just in different departments... I was an intern who had given his resume to the HR department, and he ended up getting the job... anyways, we barely ran into each other in the office, but sometimes we'd go out for lunch together, and BF was weird even about that... which I used to get annoyed with, because IMO who cares who I get lunch with outside of the office... but anyways, I can't imagine letting personal drama affect the work environment like these people are. I'd be mortified to have that much of my private life on display with people I expected to work professionally with and respect me.

Wow, at 55 years old that's ridicilous. Hell, at 20 years old that would be ridiculous. It's unprofessional to say the least...and he's making a fool out of himself.

I wasn't on my current shift, but 2 of my employees used to date and I was told that the female would often tell the guy that she loved him and give him a kiss as she left the room. Why it was never addressed, I don't know...I wasn't the boss or even on the shift then. That's a BIG no-no here...you don't even show affection in the parking lot if you're both employees.

It should be a no-no...I know there's exceptions to every rule, but it's better to err on the side of caution and not permit it. I've seen workplace romances go south far too many times, but this is the worst behaviour I've ever witnessed, it's so ridiculous.

This...hit the nail on the head.

AMEN!!! A few years ago one of my co-workers told me "I've never seen you date anybody in all the years you've worked here." That makes me happy b/c apparently I hide it well, LMFAO But, oh boy, if I was w/ as many as I was RUMORED to have been, LMFAO

A friend of mine that used to be a police officer likes to joke around and say "if you had as many on the outside as you're rumored to have had on the inside, you'd be a porcupine."
