That dude deserved to die if he was doing that to a child!!!
That's just insane to say. The biggest tragedy is the little girl being put in that position to begin with. And that's the biggest tragedy of this whole mess. The fact that his daughter witnessed a man being beat to death.
I wonder which event will haunt her more in the years to come.
I'm not saying he was wrong or right, just that his daughter shouldn't have had to witness that.
Sounds a little odd.
Here you are looking for your daughter.
I assume there will be yelling etc for her.
The father just stumbles upon them and the guy is in the act...little unlikely.
Dont get me wrong I am not defending the pervert....but IMO there are more unanswered questions here than the Zimmerman case.
As horrid as it sounds I'm not sure if I'm for the eye for an eye ideology... Put the fucker in prison and make him somebody's bitch.
Thanks to the great state of Texas
The news mentioned something about how the law in Texas states that lethal of excessive force is acceptable when trying to protect anyone who is being sexually assaulted, which is why the charges were dropped.
That asshole got what he deserved if he was assaulting a 5 yr old.

46% of rapists who were released from prison were re-arrested within 3 years of their release for another crime.
The real tragedy is that you actually believe that.
Having never been sexually assaulted myself, I can't speak from experience. However, I know many people who have been sexually assaulted in some fashion. The age it happened ranges from childhood to middle age adults, and that's a burden that many will carry to the grave, and I can tell you this, the real tragedy is that this little girl has to live her life with those memories, the memories of some strange man, who took her away from her brother, and started hurting her. Luckily for her though, her dad came to the rescue, and stopped him.
That is the ONE glint of positive in this whole situation. Yeah, a man had to die as a result, but I'm glad that dad showed up when he did, and stopped her from being hurt further.
thats nearly half. jail time aint working.
My wording was not right... it wasn't the worst part of the tragedy... her having to go through a second of this mess is the worse part and I have no doubt about that.
My point is that this man was beat to death right in front of this little girl adding insult to injury. There is no way I would subject my children to someone being beaten to death, let alone at my hands.
You don't think that this girl is going to be screwed up knowing this man was beaten to death while she watched? We are talking about a child here, all she knows at the time was this man was hurting her. How many kids witness something like this and end up blaming themselves? She could very well carry around the guilt of this mans death being her fault. As much as we all know that isn't true a child's mind is different.
My point is that this man took a terrible situation for this child and compounded it further. Think about this for a moment, how do you think it would have affected his son if he brought him with him and he also witnessed the whole thing?
