Hmmm, I was planning on starting a thread about this on the forum, but here seems as good a place as any... although I'll prolly start a thread on the outside in a few weeks too since it's a such a huge part of my life.

But.... I'm a surrogate! I'm super excited to have our second IVF try set tentatively for July 7th, and I've started all the hormones already for this cycle. WOOHOO!

Feel free to ask me anything about it, I'm totally open

Well I just hope it works for them. We had a try over Thanksgiving, that did not take and it was very disappointing I hate to have them go through another heartbreak.

Are you afraid you might get attached.

Not really. I don't attach easily, and have never had that "glowing" delivery room moment. I think seeing their faces and giving them their child will be amazing The child will have no genetic link to me either, their egg and sperm.

That's really sweet I really enjoy being pregnant. When my husband and I decided we were done having our own kids, I actually cried and had to mourn the thought of never getting to be pregnant again.... but I started joking about the idea of this, and then talked to some people who had done it, and well 2 years later here I am
