Tech support is a thankless job I know but trying to talk to someone when you need an interpreter is far worse. I have been irritated enough to continue to insist to speak to someone who understands and speaks English.
This thread sounds like Hughes Net or Dish network support. I have some hearing loss but the accents make it almost impossible to talk with them. Love my new unlimited phone and DSL for one low price and a local office 15 miles away where you can get in face to face contact if there is a problem.

This is exactly why I always ask to be transferred over to someone in the states. I've never been told I couldn't be, most companies that outsource have it in their policies to adhere to that request.
BUT thank goodness I don't have anything, at this point, that has outsourced departments. YAY LOVE IT!
