My Half Day Off

Well Joe was off yesterday so I worked half a day. We ran a lot of errands. One was to go to Lowes Hardware Luckily, Joe's task took little time and we were in and out with few distractions.

Next we went to Costco. Another place I hate, maybe more. True, there are more things of interest to me (I do eat you may be risking life and limb if you get between them and something tasty!

And the clerks, they are not at all friendly. Joe tried to use a coupon two days early and the clerk acted like we were out to rob them-they mailed it early, we didn't argue with them but they could have been nicer. The bag boy was chipper (and he was hot) . Then I spyed the clerk's name tag. Something like Smiley.....and I got it. This one NEVER SMILED. So that made me feel a smidgen better. But still Costco needs some PR improvement big time!D
But the weather was grand, popped the 'vertible top down, even let Joe drive, had short, shorts on, pushed my seat back, propped by legs up, sunglasses on, radio on and felt pretty good driving.....

Me likes sunny weather

We bought some Blue Moon beer (It's Belgian) Costco had it on sale, and watched tv a lot of the rest of the nite after Joe fixed some stuff on the rental property. Not to bad a day all and all.
