Do stupid people know they are stupid?

However, there are definitely those who could be properly labeled an idiot ...

People who are good folks but have a lower IQ than most of us have it hard because they're looked down upon, even though it's not their fault that they aren't smart.

However, people who are intelligent but are a menace to society don't get my sympathy.

I consider myself quite stupid. But I never feel like people look down on me. I have plenty of common sense and that is better than having a lot of knowledge on useless trivia IMO.
