the skin tight shiny pants don't look good on anybody.. IMO

oh, forgot to comment on the tube tops. when you live where temps are in the 80s in February, and reach up to over 100 in the summer, tube tops are very acceptable! Just wear them in the right setting, and wear the right size!

So I guess the tube-top under overalls look is a double-no-no? Or is it like using a double negative in a sentence, where they cancel each other out? :tooth

Seriously of that list, I think the only thing I ever do is braided pigtails (very rarely)... my BF lovingly calls them "handlebars" :ninja

I hate when girls wear super short skirts with either too revealing or no underwear. One gust of wind and they're baring it all to the world...

Also, if your pants/skirt are so tight that I can tell whether you're wearing a thong... you shouldn't be wearing it.

Oh... um... and I'm totally over Uggs. :surrender

anything that makes another human being cringe on sight.

1. Lycra pants if you are a a big girl
2. Sleeveless shirts if you have flabby arms
3. Tight shirts if your gut is bigger than your bewbs
4. Skirts or shorts of any kind if you are too lazy to shave

I got plenty more...

I'm personally really sick of oddly shapen, flabby, or otherwise asses in leggings with shirts that don't cover said ass- with panty lines, tags showing...wtf people LOOK at yourself when you leave the house.

But the others I agree with.
I also agree with teh fuzz.
Know what looks good on your body type, and put in a little effort

I could never wear pjs in public, myself. My dog once age a giant bag of chocolate and I was instructed to rush to get him peroxide at 2am. Even then I threw on a damned pair of jeans, only took a second :p maybe that's puppy negligence.

I rarely ever even wear sweats outside of my apartment, unless I'm going for a run. First of all, PJs/sweats tend to be less warm than my jeans, plus I always find that whenever I have let myself slack a bit in the past and went out in something sloppy, I always, always, ALWAYS run into someone I know, LOL. Like the one time I went to the grocery store to pick up some milk & things for breakfast in just my PJs with unwashed hair.... and ran into my ex. UGH. haha.

I think I should specify- I don't see much wrong with nice looking athletic clothes for the store, it's just flat out pjs and slippers I probably would never wear. And I really don't care if others do, just doesn't look that great but I'm sure they know :p

I can't wear PJs outside. When I was in labour, I made my mum and dad wait while I changed out my nightie into jeans and a t-shirt so I could be driven to the hospital (this was at 7:30am on a Sunday morning with my contractions coming every 2-5 minutes. We passed like 3 people, none of them could see what I was wearing in the car). Then when I got to the ward, I put my nightie back on.

Such a stupid waste of 10minutes but I just couldn't face people seeing me in my stupid purple nightie with "princess" written on it.

I support that list and there have been a lot of other great things mentioned. Here's my personal list:

1. Do not wear khakis or any other light color pants skin tight. I don't want to be subjected to the sight of your underwear lines, butt dimples, etc.
2. Do not wear a light color shirt that is somewhat see through with a bra any other color than tan. I don't want to see your bra either.
3. Skinny jeans are for women only. I don't want to see knob detail unless I'm looking at men's underwear ads with sexy male models. (I know this is about women but I thought this deserved a mention)
4. Muffin tops and camel toes are not sexy. Ever. Ladies... you look better in clothes that fit you.
5. Wide horizontal stripes do not look good on you if you're even the slightest bit overweight, and they'll make you look overweight even if you're not. Same goes for large prints.

Ditto on that. The last time I remember wearing pajamas outside was when I was about 12 and got so sick my mum drove me to the emergency room in the middle of the night. Even wearing my sweatpants I sometimes feel like it's too much, and they're perfectly acceptable outdoor clothing, but I only wear them to slob around the house :p

Yes my sweatpants are only for indoor use. Apart from the rare occassions I do exercise outside.

i read something that said "putting on a cute shirt over your muffin top does not make it a cupcake" LOL

Lol!!!

I so agree!
I will say, though, I have a horizontal stripe boatneck shirt and I *think* I look really good in it, surprisingly, despite my weight. Maybe it's because I'm proportionate (or I'm just in major denial lol)

i read something that said "putting on a cute shirt over your muffin top does not make it a cupcake" LOL

haha awesome and true

I think you can get away wearing almost everything, but have to look good on you .. I think we all have style that does not look good with the shape we are (not mean weight)

just most importan i think also what you wear where... dress appropriate to where you are going.
and if look good on you will not look bad

I am sure i done few mistake like everyone else .. but as long it is not always all good .

Some do get away with wearing almost anything (bitches, lol), but there's an age limit...I wouldn't wear something now that I looked good wearing in my 20's, even though it might fit, etc. I just think I'm too old.
