It's a funny thing, I've never really felt old or anything even when most people cringe at turning 30 (I'll be 32 in June to the newbs wondering..), it wasn't that big of a deal. I was having a conversation with my mother in Walmart the other day when I saw what looked to be a 12 year old in hooker boots and Daisy Duke style shorts (No idea what they call them nowadays). I was telling her that if I had a 12 year old there is no way in Hell, shed go outside looking like that and then it hit me, I'm old enough to have a 12 year old. :eek

Yes you are friend. :) And unfortunately we have good role models nowadays and bad ones. Some choose to dress like the bad ones.

I'll be 32 in September but when the midget gets that age.. I have no problem with boots but the skirt and shirt will cover all and more. of course daddy will most likely object to the boots so kidlets kinda screwed on that.

I don't ever feel my age, until I go out and see little 21 year olds running around being retarded. As far as what my daughter wears?

Meh, I'll prolly be one of the moms that lets her daughter wear what she wants within reason. My mom always let me, always told me how beautiful I was, and it gave me great confidence to wear what I liked... instead of looking at an outfit and the first thought being "what will others think of me in this."

I have no kids, but sometime, back in my late 40's, a thought hit me. I was old enough, had I had kids early enough, that I could be a grandfather! They say ya can't miss what ya never had. They say wrong.

Meh... I don't miss not having kids and I guess I'm still young enough to have them technically but I won't. I believe if you haven't had kids in your 20s then don't have them (My opinion only). My grandfather's 70 with a 22 year old daughter he had with his second wife. She just had a baby. I myself would much rather just "adopt" somebody elses kid. Meaning I'm fine with women who have kids already. It takes the work out of it ;)

I think that's a little young to be the cut off (yes, I understand it's just your opinion, LOL). I don't want kids and have known that for a long time, but I think at 35 I could still have a healthy pregnancy if I wanted. Much longer than that I wouldn't consider it (if I *did* want kids).

I don't feel the dread of thirty, more disbelief in it... I don't feel old... well parts of me do... but mentally, I feel like the same young 18yr old I was when I first started dating Bryan.

And my daughter will never dress like a hooker/slut while living in our house and we are buying the clothes. Unless she can pay off my school debt, I may allow it then..... I kid, I kid... maybe :ninja:24:

I have finally started to feel old this year, when I see college kids walking around my neighborhood and I find myself shaking my head at the dumb stuff they do/say/wear, haha.

You don't really feel old as a guy, until some random hot girl addresses you as "sir" Then your only salvation

is to hit the gym, in hopes of becoming a certified D.I.L.F. Every man should have his shallow assed goal. :p

Yep, it hides and then bites you in the butt when you realise this sort of thing.
My son is 18 this year, and I still sit and think, where has the time gone!!

no need to dress older ... enjoy the young age as goes fast... you can dress with sexy clothes and boots and skiirts many many times when adult.
Kids this days want to grow up too fast in everything,
i can understand it in away, they have a lot of stress when they see others doing this and to feel acepted they think thats the only way:(
