Actually if I knew anybody in the area I think I would move to northern AZ. Not too bad in the summer and you have lots of different weather within a couple hours in the winter.

Harsh winters can be more than just an inconvenience for many people. Some of us have serious issues with depression during the winter.

It's been relatively warm this winter here in Maine. And not-so-coincidentally, I haven't had issues with depression this year. The same was true during the winter of '09. It was a mild winter. And no depression for me that year either.
