I kinda wonder how many of those are for real.


I mean yeah, some of them are, I use them. But half of them sound like they were made up to scare parents into thinking their kids are constantly texting in some weird code about how much they want to bone each other.


Maybe I'm just too old for it haha :p but if I want to tell someone what I'm going to do to them, I don't do it in acronyms. They're not sexy, kids.

I think some of those codes are BS. The "Parent Over Shoulder" one is real though. We used to use that one on AIM all the time. AIM caused some good drama in 8th grade! lol


This article is just a blatant attempt at getting suburban moms all riled up.

Ye-es, but you're not a teenage girl, are you?

I don't doubt the acronyms exist, I just don't think teens really use them as much as parents want to think.
