Oofda...what a long weekend!

How sad is that? Ok I should just say today was the long part, but the rest of the weekend was great.
Friday night the boys and I had a movie night.
Saturday we went out to Cracker Barrel for breakfast, got the car washed, went to a monster truck show, then out to dinner at Chilis. Then the boys got to spend the night with grandma and grandpa and I went out with a friend. My old ass was home and asleep before midnight! hahaha What happened there?!
Today was filled with bickering boys and poor listening skills, so while I did some homework my boys were being punished by having to clean up around the place.
Oh yea I'm an evil mommy! muahahaha

How did everyone else's weekend go? Do anything exciting?

Went to a movie Friday afternoon then watched Chuck finale. I went fishing yesterday. We went out for dinner and did a little shopping. Today we went to church and grocery shopping and went for a walk. Rather lazy weekend.

I've been working all weekend. Boooo!!! But it hasn't been all that busy at work, so really I've been playing on OTz a lot. :24:

Friday night we went to supper for Jim's Birthday then to a pub for a Beatles tribute band got home around 2 and in bed around 5am.

Saturday picked up bestie's oldest and my son.. went shopping and came house went to supper for Jim's birthday with his mom.. came home and played Wii till the wee hours...

Today went shopping while Jim worked and hung out around home.

It was a pretty good weekend.

I would hope my kids were bad all the time so the house would be spotless! Lol.

Saturday I went to the circus. I had never been before. It was pretty fun. It would have been better if our seats weren't in the nosebleed section though. Today we went to church and then had lunch with the in-laws. The rest of the day was spent napping and working on lesson plans.

I am not ready for Monday! Waaaaaaaaaaaah.

There are times I would like it, like days when I have a bunch of homework hahahaha.
But they do have regular chores like clean their room and their toy room and if they leave stuff laying around they need to clean it up. So even when they are good they get to do light cleaning too. lol

Went down the pub to watch the football Saturday afternoon then down the dogs in the evening where I broke even, pretty much, followed by another pub and then a club.

Friday evening I had to meet for a group project, then I grocery shopped. I rented some movies but went to bed and didn't watch them lol.

Saturday I went shopping, bought some pretty clothes I was excited because I lost 2 lbs (obviously that warrants a shopping spree heh)

Sunday I cleaned and cooked my meals for the week

Reaaaaally didn't want to go to bed last night, knowing I'd have the weekday to deal with. It snowed about 3 inches over here and froze solid so the commute was shit. Bleh!

Friday night I was supposed to go out with Doug and some of his friends, but after he saw me in my new dress when he came to pick me up we, um, didn't make it out. :ninja Saturday I worked for a while, got a few items at Target (mostly grocery), and then got ready and went out Saturday night with my friends. I didn't make it home until 4AM, which hasn't happened at least for 10 years... lol. Sunday I recouperated with Doug, had lunch at Subway and then went over to his place.

Overall it was pretty damn great.
