Hooded Dragons....

I tried to get 'em to open their hoods but they refused. It's unfortunate because they look great when they do it.

I stopped in at my favorite farm supply joint today to pick up some mole traps and mouse poison and they had these on display. They also had a big tortoise, some green bellied frogs, gecko's and some freaky leaf bugs and other assorted sundry creatures. Most of them were behind glass and the reflection of my flash made for lousy shots. The tortoise was in a pen on the floor and it was chomping on some fresh lettuce but seeing as it was so close to the outer edge I couldn't get a decent shot..

They look great when their hoods are extended.

They look similar to bearded dragons. I owned a bearded dragon for several years named Bob, he was awesome!

Weird you mention that because one of them wouldn't take it's eye off me. When I moved it moved. When I went to a different side of the terrarium the one eye on that side followed me.
