If you have or will have children, would you allow a gay man to babysit your kids? And, more importantly, why/why not?

Asked by someone and I wanted to get a variety of answers.

So, you won't allow a homosexual you don't know to watch your kids because they are homosexual. Am I to assume that you would allow a stranger who is NOT homosexual to watch your kids? Is this about sexual preference exclusively or is it about not wanting strangers to watch your children? The way it sounds is that it's about sexual preference and that's just ignorant.

I imagine homosexuals have a better record then the straight folks, where pedophilia is concerned.

I wouldn't let anyone I didn't know w/o references watch my kid. I don't care if they are gay or not, I care if they are reliable or not. I'm bi-yet I managed to baby sit both boy and girl kids w/o molesting any kid. I don't desire kids. Homosexuals don't desire kids, pedophiles desire kids. Pedophiles I wouldn't knowingly know period, I am very prejudiced against them and don't think they should be allowed loose.
