The basic policy should be :If you're looting, you get a bullet in your head, no questions asked. If you're causing criminal damage, bullet in your head. Girl, boy, doesn't matter. Black, white, yellow, purple, doesn't matter. And then the parents will get 10 years for failure to control and an additional 10 for having stolen goods if this is the case.

Everyone can learn a lesson in Riot Control from the KNP (Korea National Police Service).
When I was stationed in Korea I was on gate duty with the Cops because they didn't have enough Cops.
We had a protest outside the gate from a bunch of college kids.
It was non violent so I just stood there hitting my shield with the baton waiting for it to get nasty (secretly hoping).
This kid threw a bottle over the fence and I blocked it with my shield.
Then I went inside and called KNP's dispatch and requested they come take control of their people.
20 mins later three Greyhound size busses show up and deploy 200 officers with 6foot long rubber staffs.
They don't yell, ask questions, nothing. They stepped off that bus swinging.
Needless to say, the protestors disbursed.

You can to a point for raising uneducated criminals. Not all the way though. That's why they avoid getting shot too.

The criminals know the law better than the law enforcers. Unfortunately the law protects the criminals.
If I'd have done that I'd have been beaten to within an inch of my life. I was always taught respect and if I ever have kids, they would be brought up the same way. It never did me any harm. (not that I was beaten- but I definitely would have had a slap if I was doing something like that)

i was watching the BBC last night to see all these riots... crazy that! Felt so sad for the one shop owner they showed. He was crying his heart out because of the damage and theft these shithouses had done to his shop. I hope they get all of them. They should be flogged publicly.
