i remember when gas jumped to a buck an a quarter a gallon just before the first gulf war. i don't remember it being more than 75/80 cents a gallon prior.

I miss drive in movies. Didn't matter what was playing, it was fun to watch in a car or back of the truck.

I miss being able to ride in the back of a truck. We never fell out.

I miss flying when it was a real pleasure, no running you thru lines like a rat, scanning you, making you take off your shoes, and the airplane was comfortable and it was a real treat!

I don't miss their screams around the neighborhood that make you question whether they are being raped or are just happy, but THIS.

Totally heart breaking that children are glued to electronics just like adults. We are creating a culture of humans who need to be entertained at all times. Can't be good.
