........ is how we plan on spending today. She's 88, loves walking and looking at flowers so we are taking her to a place called " Minter Gardens ". It's 32 acres of beautifully landscaped property filled with all sorts of flora and fauna. Mrs.Guyzerr and myself were there 6 years ago just after I got back into photography and I came out with a few good shots. I'm taking my gear along today and expect to whack off a pile more.

To cap off our visit we'll stop at the cafe for a spot off tea, pinky extended of course. :D

You're lucky your mom lives near by and you actually seem to enjoy spending time with her. My dad is about 500 miles away but we stay close as well. He just turned 80, talked with him last night and he's getting exciting about going out to Montana next week for 8 days of fly fishing (I'm hoping he lives long enough to take his grandson out with him LOL).

It was a great day until I came home and found your canned note with a few additions. I don't really care about being removed from VIP and I don't care about the infraction except it's been given out for undue reasons. There's no discussion, just a complaint by some weenie bastard whoever it might be and it's taken for gospel. It's unfortunate that your system doesn't inform the bad doobie :24: how long this bullshit like not being able to start threads, not being able to edit posts, not being able to use the PM system to discuss this sort of garbage with you or any other admin or mod as to why it's off base and really shouldn't apply. I also asked Springer ( because he was watching from behind the curtain ) if the 1 year ban was actually for real and I haven't received an answer.

V I have your PM and I can't respond because I'm being spanked. If I could reply, which I should be able this is what I would have said.

" I appreciate that but I need to say something that ya'll missed. I may have mentioned something that was in VIP but I can guarantee you this. When I am able to search threads again I will find one in the General section that pertains to the issue of " insert any subject name " or almost any other subject that you or anyone chooses. At no time did I mention VIP, I didn't copy a link, I didn't mention a member or anything they said. The person that reported the issue is just being an asshole and he suckered you guys into believing I broke the rules when it's clear I didn't.

My mother really enjoyed it even though it tired her out quite a bit. She's still very mobile and took the stroll like a the trooper she is. She had a hip replaced a year ago May and surprisingly you would never know but her breathing took a hit with even the small inclines she had to tackle. In the evening I brought her some fresh from the garden Rhubarb and found out she walked to the mall after we dropped her off. She forgot to ask me to stop at the store. I always axe her but even I forgot this time. I won't forget again because it made me feel small. I love my mom dearly and would do anything for her.
