Nice shots! :thumbup The second last pic is my favourite. You've probably been asked this before but what's the focal length on your lens? Just curious if the camera is a few feet away and then you zoom in or if you have to get closer to take your bug pics. I have no idea how macro works. Do they make zoom macro lenses?

with these i used the 60mm macro lens,with a variable crop in photoshop...they were pretty big in the original but a crop just fills the frame......if i'd have used the 90 - 300 lens they'd have been a dot in the distance

if you get a macro lens or a set of macro filters and try getting insects you'll eventually find that alot of things let you get pretty close


and yes,there are macro zoom lenses,the canon MPE-65 being the best one,but i'm not seling my car to buy one:D
