I would agree with it all except for Google+ circle being hard to set up.
I found it to be very easy and set it up with multiple circles and navigated between
and dragged friends around on first few min of sign up.

Woohoo! My first G+ friend. Got to admit the layout is a lot cleaner and less spammy that facebook but it's still early days, we'll see how soon that kind of stuff creeps in.
