Since we were talking about the Jeep I bought, and you mentioned never seeing it...

Taken this morning.

It's an 07 Wrangler X-S. The X is a base model, but the X-S came with the bells and whistles. Things like power locks and windows, cruise control, A/C, swear sway bar disconnect, sound bar, and it has a positronic rear end (Dana 44), six disc changer, etc.

Dang it...I can't see the picture :( It sounds pretty sweet!!! Have you had it out in the mud or off-road yet?

No mud here buddy, it's summer, and I took it off road to test the 4WD. Basically to remind the transfer case it has a job. :24:

Are there any off-road dirt/mud tracks where you live. We have some here in Ohio and Kentucky where people can go camp and do some off-roading.

Smart man...I know many people who never use it and then when they need it...S.O.L.

I am not sure if there is or not. I'll have to look into it.

Yeah, seriously. Why buy a 4WD vehicle if you never use it? Stuuuuuuuuuuupid.

I want pictures of your first rock climb!!!!

That might be awhile buddy. I'm not sure what that thing is capable of stock, and I don't want to foot the bill if I fuck it up. I am sure I will take it and play a little, but little being the key word. :dunno

I completely understand. One of my friends bought one stock and put either a 4" or 6" lift on it. He was able to do quite a bit with it in regards to rock climbing. He evenutally did something with the suspension, but I don't quite remember what it was. I have always wanted a jeep. Unfortunately, it's just want, not a need.

I am probably going to put a 4 inch lift on it with 31 or 32's, and have it re-geared for those wheels.
