Its a delicious roll of chocolate/caramel/taffy like candy!! The tootsie pops in danas siggy is a sucker with a tootsie pop center (like a blowpop....and please say you know what that is!)

Its chocate, but it tastes nothing like chocolate really. Tastes like it has caramel with it and then has the taffy consistency

I so have to say that i never liked the flavored Tootsie Rolls
