meadow brown butterfly and a little bit of info

not the most colourful of butterflies but no less interesting,it hides at the base of long grass when not feeding or mating and the slightest sign of danger and it takes flight,a difficult subject to get a good shot of,the main picture was a bonus when i saw it because it was so pre-occupied with feeding it payed me no heed and carried on....the second shot is a crop of the main one to show some detail
