I've had wage garnishments/ installments per month already set up whilst the pending status from IRS! They're sure very fast to collect money but Sloooow to process relief

Its the normal thing, quick to collect, slow to process anything that helps you in this time

I am sorry but am not sure am following you :willy_nilly:

attempt to explain: not really 2 mortgages but 2nd mortgage loan on 'same house'. Meaning if one's house has built equity then a certain percentage you can borrow from your home= 2nd loan. The house in IL, was not sold but we foreclosed it hence the 2nd loan remains pending or probable suing from the bank for me to anticipate

what's the Qn re: home in Cali? :unsure:
